Ingredients
  

  • 2 fillets 6 oz each Fresh salmon fillets
  • 2 Ripe avocados
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp Grated fresh ginger
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 2 Green onions thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • To taste Salt & pepper
  • Optional Sriracha or wasabi For a spicy kick

Instructions
 

  • Cook the Salmon:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  • Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 12-14 minutes, until salmon flakes easily.
  • Let cool slightly, then flake into a medium bowl.
  • Mix the Salmon Filling:
  • Add soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, green onions, and sesame seeds to the flaked salmon.
  • Gently toss together. Adjust seasoning if needed.
  • Prep the Avocados:
  • Slice avocados in half and remove the pits.
  • Scoop out a little flesh from each half to create space.
  • Add scooped-out avocado to salmon mixture and stir.
  • Assemble the Boats:
  • Spoon the salmon mixture into each avocado half, piling generously.
  • Serve:
  • Garnish with extra green onions or sesame seeds.
  • Serve immediately.
