Prepare the Chicken:
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Dip each chicken tender in the beaten egg, then coat thoroughly in the flour mixture.
Fry the Chicken:
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Fry chicken tenders for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through (internal temp 165°F/74°C).
Remove and drain on paper towels.
Make Hot Honey Sauce:
In a small saucepan over low heat, combine honey, hot sauce, and red pepper flakes.
Stir for 2-3 minutes until warmed and well-mixed. Remove from heat.
Assemble Sliders:
Brush slider buns with melted butter and lightly toast in the pan (optional).
Place a fried chicken tender on each bun bottom.
Drizzle 1-2 tsp of hot honey sauce over each tender.
Top with a pickle slice and the bun top.
Serve:
Serve immediately while hot, with extra hot honey sauce on the side if desired.
