Ingredients
  

  • 2 Slices Bread (sourdough, whole grain or brioche – whatever you like!)
  • ½ cup whole milk ricotta cheese
  • ½ Half lemon (i.e. grate the peel)
  • ½ cup fresh mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries – whatever you get)
