The filling for these No Bake Blueberry Oat Bars 5 Ingredients and Vegan is really easy to make – just blueberries and water are used. Cook the blueberries with the water, but don’t mash them completely – leave some pieces whole. If you like a little more sweetness, you can add a drop or two of maple syrup while cooking – I did not add it.

You can use almond butter, sunflower seed butter, or your favorite nut butter. And if you don’t have maple syrup, no worries – you can use honey or any liquid sweetener.
